LETTER FROM THE NORTH: STATE SECRETS.

Criminal Paul Kagame and his inner circle clique that is composed of foreigners hijacked the genocide for their personal political survival; they have also hijacked the genocide memorial days and turned these fateful days into RPF circus shows. Criminal Paul Kagame’s speech during the genocide Remembrance Day resembles a script written by a Nazi speech writer. It was a speech that was full of ignorance, backwardness and full of medieval illiteracy.

As criminal Kagame was preaching about the genocide, his criminal intelligence service run by death merchant Jack Nziza were rounding up citizens around the country. Jack Nziza as coordinator of Paul Kagame’s intelligence services, for years has been treating Rwandans as dogs and disgraces to be killed or eliminated at his will. Since he is a pure and 100% Ugandan, he has no single attachment to Rwandans or the Country; he is a mercenary with no mercy.

Why always Jack Nziza

The RPF organisation is organised like a drug cartel, where the head of the cartel has God power like to kill or eliminate at will any target they wish. To mention death merchant Jack Nziza it’s not because we love him or have a personal vendetta against this criminal; but it’s because all assassinations, arrests, killings, kidnappings and creation of black files go through him or his office for a green light. Jack Nziza is the overall coordinator of criminal Paul Kagame’s underworld operations. Where Jack Nziza goes death follows, he is a transporter, importer and exporter of death.

Lt General Karenzi Karake the director of the National Intelligence and Security Services is just a figure head with no power, to the extent that his movements and that of his close associates are always under the constant surveillance of death merchant Jack Nziza’s boys. The assassinations from those outside of Rwanda to those inside Rwanda, from that of father Evariste Nambaje to that of Gustave Makonene, from that of Patrick Karegeya to that of Mamadou Ndala, from that of Theogene Turatsinze to that of Oreste Hasingizwimana etc, are all operated and conducted by Jack Nziza’s operatives.

The first thing anyone is taught within the RPF terrorist group is the concept of Kipindi, this is a political science based on lies and concoct siasa based on political fabrication. These fabrications and lies were also transferred to DMI, where innocent Rwandans are being arrested or kidnapped and then sentenced on charges that are based on fabrications and lies. Within DMI, the term used for fabricated dossiers is umusaraba (the cross). As one officer within DMI told Ikaze Iwacu that, “We receive phone calls from Jack Nziza or his aids telling us kufanyiya umusaraba kipinga hiki au kile.” This DMI officer continued to tell Ikaze Iwacu that “instructions to write fabricated dossiers for innocent Rwandans vary for example, in the 1990 up to 2010, the accusations in all the fabrications were either through the accusations of someone being a genocideir, a genocide denier or a corrupt individual. But from 2011 our office under the instruction of Jack Nziza changed the topic for those we were creating the dossier for, to that of being an FDLR sympathiser or an RNC operative.”

This DMI informer continued to tell Ikaze Iwacu that, “everyone in Rwanda knows that grenades are being thrown by a special team under Dan Munyuza. But you will hear these same individuals that give a go ahead in the throwing of these grenades telling us to write dossiers accusing innocent individuals for the throwing of these grenades.”

When Rwandans witness RPF sycophants clapping and cheering at every nonsense that Paul Kagame speaks; please understand that they are under the influence of fear. Ikaze Iwacu has reliable information that DMI has bugged all ministerial offices. Ministers’ offices have been bugged through special equipment bought from South Korea; as of today all conversations taking place in ministries are being monitored by DMI listeners.

Death Merchant Jack Nziza’s bugs have also been planted in the houses of senior army officers without their knowledge. Ikaze Iwacu has reliable information that DMI bugged Lt. General Karenzi Karake and Gen Patrick Nyamvumba’s house. DMI has used TV satellite companies that are based in Rwanda to install these bugging devices; Tele 10 technicians in Rwanda are being used by DMI to infiltrate homes in the name of installing T.V satellites or repairing them.

Jack Nziza a foreigner who hates Rwandans

Death Merchant Jack Nziza is a cousin to General Kale Kayihura, the chief of Uganda’s National police; Jack Nziza’s father and Kale Kayihura’s father are brothers from the Karekezi family in Bufumbira region of Uganda. Jack Nziza’s 90% of his family live in Uganda, all the wealth stolen by this foreigner are being transferred to Uganda, as he now owns houses in Kabale, Masaka, and different parts of Kampala. This Ugandan man has killed Rwandans since the struggle time up to today. A close relative to late Lt. Colonel Wilson Rutayisire once told Ikaze Iwacu that, “I can’t wait to see the end of Paul Kagame and Jack Nziza, these criminals killed our relative for only telling them to stop a nonsense war in Congo.”

Kizito Mihigo’s arrest drama

Before his arrest, Kizito Mihigo had thought that his troubles with the Kagames were over since he had repented to the RPF secretariat; and Ibuka had booked him to be the main singer during the genocide commemoration day. But on the Friday of 4th-April-2014, as he was returning home after his singing rehearsal, he was shocked to find DMI operatives waiting for him at his home. Kizito Mihigo was allowed to enter and park his car; Kizito Mihigo was not arrested by the police but DMI operatives led by Jack Nziza’s assassin Col. Franko Rutagengwa, and he was led in a three car convoy to a safe house in Kinyinya where he is up to now.

Reliable sources have told Ikaze Iwacu that Kizito Mihigo’s long-time friends, once arrested they were taken to a different safe house; but both Cassien Ntamuhanga and Jean Paul Dukuzumuremyi are in the same safe house that is situated in Kanombe. Rwandans should know that, there are around 36 homes around the country which are used by DMI and special intelligence services as part of safe houses. Did criminal Paul Kagame pay for Kizito Mihigo’s university fees?

Criminal Paul Kagame can not pay even the school fees of his own children, as his own children school fees in expensive schools and universities is being paid by the money from the Rwandan national coffer; for anyone to even think that criminal Paul Kagame paid school fees for Kizito Mihigo that is a joke. In 2003 there were 2 scholarships given to the Rwandan ministry of education through the Franco-Rwandan culture initiatives.

These scholarships were in music and drama, and the exams for these scholarships were announced on the Rwandan radio in 2003 and more than 20 students went to seat for the exams. It was Kizito Mihigo and another student that got top marks, thus winning the post graduate scholarships to France. Ikaze Iwacu can’t name the second individual who won the scholarship for his personal security, as this individual decided to remain in France after his graduation and sought asylum. To say that Paul Kagame or his queen wife paid school fees for Kizito Mihigo that is a total lie. The Kagames only take; the word give does not exist in their minds.

Is Kizito Mihigo a real political dissident or a terrorist?

Rwandans read and heard in disbelief the charges brought forward by criminal Paul Kagame’s police against Kizito Mihigo and co; when I read the charges I was filled with laughter, shock and pity at how low and cheap the RPF terrorist organisation has turned to be. When we mention to Rwandans that the country is being ruled by lowest individuals in society in terms of culture and literacy, we are usually bashed for disrespecting the office of the president. Dear Rwandans, Kizito Mihigo is not totally in politics, with all their arsenal of arms, the RPF criminals are now scared of even a mare musician. What a shame!!!

For those Rwandans who were in Delta battalion during the RPA struggle wars know what the late Col. Vedaste Kayitare used to say about criminal Paul Kagame; he once told his forces that, “Ni balaa kuona tunaongozwa na mjinga, alio tiliwa kwa kichwa chetu na Afande Museveni.” It literally means that it is a shame to see that we are being led by an idiot who was imposed over our head by commander Museveni; dear Rwandans these are not my words, but those of late Col. Vedaste Kayitare.

When I was reading the charges against Kizito Mihigo and co, late Kayitare’s words refreshed within my memory. A logical thinking individual can never bring fabricated charges against innocent individuals who can’t even harm a fly. Unlike Kagame, Kizito Mihigo is an individual who was brought up in a strict Christian family, were Christian values, love and culture were preached to him by his parents. As a boy and now a man, he has cherished human entity and believed in the power of forgiveness; the charges against him by this criminal regime just elaborate at how Rwanda is in the darkness of anarchy.

Did Kizito Mihigo have a Hutu girl friend?

When the RPF terrorist organisation goes around preaching about reconciliation and unity; for those who know and understand its working just listen and watch their lying games with amusement. Ikaze Iwacu obtained reliable information that Kizito Mihigo has a Hutu girl friend that lives in Kimihurura. Due to ethical issues it’s important to not mention this young girl’s name and her parents’ names as we don’t want to create unnecessary attention to her, as she is going through difficult time at the moment. However Ikaze Iwacu readers should know that the girl’s parents are well educated; the father and mother hailing fromButare and Kibeho respectively; this girl is totally so beautiful that she can’t be compared in terms of beauty to the current Miss Rwanda or even Paul Kagame’s daughter.

The issue is not about Kizito Mihigo dating a Hutu; the issue is that during his interrogations, he is being grilled as to why he is dating a Hutu girl and why he is always surrounded by only boys and men who were born in Rwanda (sopecya). Kizito Mihigo was also asked if he has any friend that was born outside of Rwanda, for those who don’t know the idiocy of Jack Nziza and his boys may think that we are rumormongering. But these are facts that different Rwandans have gone through under this genocide regime. Paul Kagame has eliminated very many soldiers especially in the presidential guard for dating, marrying or impregnating Hutu women. Ikaze Iwacu would like to inform its readers that there has never been any relationship between Ange Kagame and Kizito Mihigo; we have investigated on this and there is no any evidence about any communication between the two either in the past or present.

As I post this article to my editor, here in Kigali, Kizito Mihigo is being paraded before the journalists in order to accept some of the crimes, as the DMI need more time to write the fabricated dossier. Criminal Paul Kagame is so eluded to even think that people are buying to his games, as one senior police man told Ikaze Iwacu that, “I am totally ashamed to even be called a police officer; what the president is doing is sheer stupidity as everyone knows that we are lying.”
