The french are re unbeatable  when it comes to flattering the vanity of our African Leaders .

They  have done their homework very well with regards to the new recruit on the “France Afrique” heads of states team.

The way to get Kagame on board of anything  is to organize a medal for him , an honorary doctorate, anything to make him the center of attention. That is  how you oil his enthusiasm when he is rusty ,that is how he likes his vanity to be flattered .

Kagame’s attention has been focused on West Africa for sometime  , his “ bad neighbors “ in East Africa know him too well .

When looking at his political journey , it is hard to ignore that its highs and lows  have always had something to do with the French.

 

Lately it is in “France Afrique “that  Kagame has invested his hopes in and he may find solace for a short while on his many trips away from  the turmoil he created at home , but it will not last  because no matter how far one goes , home remains home and no number of medals can make him forget  about the chaos that awaits  .

Kagame once said that it would be so easy to rule a small country like Rwanda , but just these past  two to three weeks have been proof enough of how sleep depriving  ruling Rwanda can be.

Kagame is fighting on so many fronts that his need to keep escaping  is  becoming understandable .

His  enemies are closing in on him and growing in baldness  on all fronts, judging from the aggressive  mediatic campaign   he has lauched  , targeting his “ bad neighbours “.

Kagame’ s down fall will be triggered by  the fact that he exhausts himself going in all directions .

Soft power eludes him ,  King Kagame prefers aggressive demonstrations and threats that he may soon  have to deliver on  .
