Justice Delayed is Just Denied

This common saying means that justice is something meant to be handled at the present moment. This is so because, like Martin Luther King said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
The Rwandan and Congolese people are suffering at the hands of the rebel group going by the name M23. They are back with weapons, munitions, communications equipment and money from the Rwandan Government. Much of the world has stepped and stopped their foreign aid to Rwanda based on the findings of the UN GoE report that Rwanda has unsuccessfully disputed.
Now Rwanda’s public relations team has blown into high gear trying to discredit the experts that wrote this report and have falsely quoted even Steven Rapp on their own soil. This group has also been attacking opponents online via social media, emails and phone call threats. This team of RPF defenders will stop at nothing to attempt to discredit anyone who sheds light on the realities of the crisis going on in the Congo.
Political groups in Holland have come together to present their case against President Paul Kagame at The Hague so he can be investigated and possibly arrested and held accountable for his actions in the Congo. Many dispute that anything will come of this action because he has been a pawn of the West for decades. Yet, the action is very notable considering his war crimes stem back to the 1980’s.
The next step is yet to be decided by the ICC:

TOMORROW WE WILL PRESS CHARGES AGAINST PRESIDENT PAUL KAGAME IN THE ICC
Tomorrow, 17/8/2012, together with, and on behalf of, the Rwandan opposition platform FDU-INKINGI/RWANDA NATIONAL CONGRESS (RNC), Jambo asbl, RIFDP (Canada, Belgium, Netherlands) and DRC organisations, Barrister Christopher C. Black, Counsel to the Complainants, will be at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague, Netherlands, at 11:30 am , to officially submit charges against President Paul Kagame and his accomplices over war crimes, crimes against humanity and acts of genocide in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Office of the Prosecutor’s Information and Evidence Unit (IEU) will receive his article 15 communication on 17 August 2012 at 11:30 am.
With this historic action, Rwandans, Congolese, Africans and the rest of the international community will expect the International Criminal Tribunal to investigate, prosecute, and bring to account President Paul Kagame and his accomplices for crimes committed against Rwandans and Congolese people.
