Former president Kagame’ s bodyguard kidnapped
A former bodyguard to president Kagame who fled Rwanda to Uganda went missing since Aug 12, 2013.

Kalisa Innocent worked with President Kagame as a close bodyguard. He was jailed after he was suspected to corroborate with the jailed Rwandan opposition leader Victoire Umuhoza Ingabire of FDU?
Yesterday, Kalisa was walking on the streets of Kampala when unidentified cars surrounded him. People posing as policemen kidnaped him and drove away, according to a source.
Family and friends are asking anyone who may have news about his whereabouts to contact them, Human Rights Watch or Amnesty International as soon as possible.
