Kagame announced that Tshisekedi is the best leader not only for Congo but for the entire continent of Africa. The Rwandan ruler immediately invited Tshisekedi to join the US$400 million project to exploit methane gas from Lake Kivu — to which Tshisekedi declined. Tshisekedi said the gas project was too smelly.
