Who is Venant Abayisenga?

Mr. Venant Abayisenga was acquitted of terrorism in January 2020 with 9 other FDU Inkingi members.

A former member of FDU Inkingi, Mr. Abayisenga had been accused of being a ” brain” member of a terrorist group in ” a wider conspiracy to cause insecurity in Rwanda “.

Now a member of DALFA UMURINZI, Mr. Abayisenga’s disappearance is linked to his proximity to Ms. Victoire Ingabire.

Disappearances and Murder have become the norm for Ms. Victoire Ingabire’s entourage in Rwanda.
