The sudden death of the Rwandan King Kigeli V was a Window of Opportunity and Criminal for Christine Mukabayojo and her accomplices. The US Prosecution should hold accountable everyone involved for the felony of Burglary for entering the Kings private room and taking all the valuables without permission. Who gave Permission to enter the private room of the King without authorization? Why were they in hurry to search for the will and other confidential documents of the King? Why did they ignore the old tradition that the Abiru have all the powers and authority to know the will of the King but not relatives?

The real cause of the death of the King is still disputed and for sure the actions of Christine and accomplices vindicate the suspicion that the Rwandan King did not die a nature cause. The hurry and rush of Christine does it have something with the cause of the death of the King? Indeed, the US Prosecution should have Christine as a prime suspect in the death of the Rwandan beloved King. Below is the Testimony of Marie-Claire Cyibukayire to the US Judiciary, it raises more questions than answers in the death of the King and Christine and her accomplices should be of interest to the US  Prosecution in the death of the Rwandan King Kigeli V.

I MARIE-CLAIRE CYIBUKAYIRE FRANKLIN, the daughter of Gerald Rwighemera and grand niece of His Majesty King KigeliV; currently residing at 5100 GARFIELD AVENUE #66, SACRAMENTO CA.95841, testify that I arrived in Washington DC on 18th November, 2016 in the morning and checked in West Inn hotel and had a rest. In the evening, I went to His Majesty King Kigeli V’s residence and found Marie Bigirumwami (sister), Christian Ntaganira and Anny Ishimwe (the 2 last ones were living with the King) and Eugene Rurangirwa (relative from Canada). I didn’t go upstairs to King’s room that very day as Christine Mukabayojo requested it.

On 19th November in morning, Marie Bigirumwami (who had spent the night in the King’s house) and I, entered in King’s room, which was not locked, someone had dropped clothes that the King had on before he died.  With the permission given by Christine Mukabayojo (King’s niece) who had called me from Burundi to search for important papers and mostly King’s will.

While searching, we found his life insurance form and car insurance that my sister kept together even 3 safes, one was broken and had nothing in, another one was closed and the last one was open with  a key in it; it was holding his watches and jewelries. Later, on Christine’s arrival, Marie and I reported that to her and Angela, a cousin whom they came together but from Uganda. We were asked to keep searching and take the closed safe to Home Depot to be opened.

Thursday 20th November in the morning, we were supposed to take the safe in home depot but my sister had already found the key, I asked her where she got it and told me how she gathered all keys in room and found it!  When we opened the safe, there was nothing but a piece of paper torn from an envelope with a cell tape on it. I immediately asked my sister what she thinks about it and we both agreed on the fact that whatever was in was taken! The broken one was not in the room but was hanged in the corridor shelf in front of King’s room. My sister and I reported it to Christine too and she took a decision that I lock room by setting the lock from inside and pull the door.

That night, Marie and I, discussed about King’s life insurance with Christian Ntaganira who was surprised by saying that: I helped him in filling many papers but was never asked to fill in life insurance! To my surprise, the next day when I was with Christine, Angela, Christian and Benzinge in King’s room which was closed and forced to open by King’s neighbor; I checked the file where my sister Marie had kept it because she wasn’t there with us at the moment; the file was no where to be found! Who took it? I wonder!

There was also an electronic brown locked briefcase that was in King’s office down stairs, I brought it to Pastor Eugene Rurangirwa to try to open it for me, luckily enough he did in front of me, Marie and Anny Ishimwe, There were just few papers with no value.

The last time in King’s room was when Kale. Immaculate, Anny Ishimwe, myself and Marie who joined us later on tried to find the life insurance and never found it.
