Gen Kamanzi leftt the RDF with no successor

Behind the presidential curtains has learnt that Gen. Frank Mushyo Kamanzi now the former Chief of Staff of the Land forces has been nominated as the new commander of the African hybrid force (UNAMID) that was sent to pacify the troubled part of Eastern Sudan in Darfur.

In our publication on 27/12/15 we indicated some the choices of President Kagame to replace Gen. Frank Mushyo Kamanzi.  According to the reliable source obtained from within RDF, Gen. Muzungu Damali was most likely to succeed Gen, Kamanzi because of the connection he has with the First Family since he is married to President Kagame’s Cousin.

Gen Damali

Why then Gen. Kamanzi has left for Darfur without a successor?

President Kagame might be confused on the choice of the next Army Chief of the Land Forces, according to the RDF insiders another likely choice of Kagame to replace Gen. Mushyo is Gen.  Jean Bosco Kazora because of his close relationship to Janet Kagame and a former Kagame interpreter of French to English has been rumored as one of the front runners to succeed Gen. Mushyo Frank .

Also on the list is Gen.Ceaser Kayizari who  has been Rwanda’s ambassador to Turkey ,  according to the RDF insiders  Gen. Nyanvumba is not trusted by President Kgame and he is always under Big brother surveillance by  Franco Rutagengwa  and Gen. Damali Muzungu, therefore Gen. Ceaser is not only favorite to replace Gen Frank Mushyo but might take over the whole RDF establishment as the new RDF Chief.

It’s not clear why President Kagame has not picked from the long list we published on the 27/12/2015 to replace Gen. Mushyo Kamanzi but what’s clear though, President Kagame does not like to be pre-empted in his plans. It’s likely that President Kagame was surprised with our publication and is trying to hide from the reality that Inyenyeri News has been always getting it right on penetrating the Kagame defenses for accurate news.

President Kagame should explain to the Rwandan people why he has not replaced Gen. Frank Mushyo Kamanzi and leaves the RDF without proper structure of the chain of command.   By leaving a gap on the top of the RDF administration, this will not only affect the RDF structure of command but is likely to put our country in a delicate security situation.

Indeed,   some of the former RDF officer have accused President Kagame of turning RDF into his own property to an extent of sending herdsmen to Kagame’s firm at Muhazi in RDF Uniform and paid by the tax payer’s money.

We call upon the Rwandan Head of State to appoint another RDF officer as soon as possible to replace Gen. Mushyo Kamanzi so that our country does not slide back to insecurity as is now faced with enemies on all borders because of Presient Kagame’s policies with his neighbors.
