This article is intended to clarify on some RPF carders who export lies through their mouth piece new papers, that Rwanda compared to other African nations is corruption immune.

The reason why RPF use some carders to export their lies or think they will benefit by sugar coating the achievements of RPF is that corruption in Rwanda is not reported or is ring fenced for RPF officials only.

Again, where it is reported is first verified by RPF Secretariat and is then permitted to go in the media with intention of either eliminating some targets of RPF or RPF is trying to show the World that is doing enough to fight corruption.

Rwanda is the only country on the continent that corruption is allowed to thrive and institutionalized,   because many officials are agents of RPF or RPF is scared of holding them accountable, not because they are necessarily perceived as strong men to account but would jeopardize what the RPF calls the veil on the international community eyes.

This has led to the culture of impunity, cronyism and rent seeking.  RPF government enjoys international support because the international community is fed with false information both in statistics and the outside ground; this was revealed by the former Kagame economic advisor Dr. David Himbara during US Congressional Hearing on Rwanda.

According to Dr. Himbara , Rwanda  feeds outsiders with false information that  they have chosen a  path of zero tolerance to complacency and corruption,  moreover  the RPF officials like their Boss Kagame has benefited from corruption scandals, like  Companies that own his Luxury Gulf Aircrafts that transport him almost daily on journeys that are not benefiting the Rwandan public.

The Electrogaz  scandals which was renamed EWASA, have been marred by RPF officials,  the parliament has been suffocated to look into matters of corruption  involved of RPF officials, like  James Musoni, John Rwangombwa, just to mention a few.

Who sabotaged   CIMERWA project or Gishoma Electric Project? The so called International Conference Complex, who is benefiting? All these big RPF officials have been given shock absorbers by Kagame himself, because some are either his agents or will expose RPF dark side in the eyes of international community.

Indeed, when it comes to the  price of accountability , the Mayors pay the heaviest or call it the Lion share, Following the Genocide  against the Tutsi in 1994, RPF  made a choice of alienating all those who don’t share the same ideology, chose a system that seeks to maintain power, disunity and killing without  taking into account reconciliation. This is the failure of RPF for the last 21 years that has been in power, and fear is ripe that Rwanda might slide back into the same path of 1990s.

Some of the reasons why RPF has failed to grasp the political skills compared to its neighbors, they think they can achieve political stability with confrontation, killing, intimidation and incarceration, they chose a model based on anarchy and totalitarianism.

In fact RPF should have known that, this model is outdated, based on the evolution of the society and the readiness for open and contradictory politics. RPF should now change or risks being changed by Rwandans who are not only being pushed far in the corner but have been denied the right to freely chose and participate in the political dispensation of their country.

Until RPF led government allows Rwandan human rights groups to free operate, allow free media to point out what is not working in the country, many Rwandans will continue to disappear without government put to account. It’s now an open secret that RPF has suffocated all the independent Human Rights groups, and those which are still working in Rwanda are either agents of RPF or are too scared to report what the RPF is not doing; they report what the RPF is feeding them.
