After the Rwandan President visited the Sector of Jabana in Kicukiro District one of the residents of this area Mukasinzi Clarisse reported to the President that Mr. Ndamage took his property using his office which according to her, it’s an abuse of power by the Mayor of Kicukiro Mr. Jules Ndamage.

Miss Mukazinzi alleges that Mr. Ndamage used his powers to deny her the right of accommodation on the ground that she is in relationship with another man. What did Mr Ndamage didn’t realize is that the lady who he abused had seen when and where he will hit Mr. Ndamage were it hurts most. This question time of the people (Wanainchi) and the President, is the time of interaction with the head of state. For those who heard Mr. Ndamage responding to the allegations of Miss Mukasinzi, there is no doubt that Mr. Ndamage had and has a case to answer.

Why is he now using his money and office to use the Media to reclaim the glory he lost in front of the Rwandan Head of State? The Igihe.com today edited an article with “ Kicukiro : Umugore yatamajwe n’abaturanyi ko yabeshye Umukuru w’igihugu “. If you read the heading and the body of the story, you fail to find out what Miss Mukasinzi lied, or It’s Mr. Ndamage who is lying the President, the Rwandan People and himself!

The Kicukiro Mayor, Mr. Ndamage admitted in front of the President that he knows this lady and the President was not happy with the way this lady was treated by Mr. Ndamage, where does Mr. Ndamage then get the new information after admitting to the President that this lady was abused and mistreated?. The use of the media in wrong things tantamount to an abuse of the media and office that you represent.

Mr. President as you said during the Jabana visit, Mr.  Ndamage should not tarnish your name by misusing the media in wrong things; he should instead follow your advice and solve this matter as you advised. The continuation of misusing the media, denying or intimidating, corrupting the brother of Miss Mukasinzi to testify against his sister, is crime that should be investigated by the authorities above Mr. Ndamage.

It is an open secret to the Rwandan Head of State that some of his institutions have undermined the real  cause of the RPF principles of the rule of law, impartiality, Zero Corruption , however, some of the RPF leaders have not only disappointed the president but have also undermined his reputation.

The Igihe.com should also review its professionalism, because the heading of the article has nothing to do with the lying of the lady, why in the first place Igihe accepted to run an article that is not only detrimental to their profession, but also lying themselves and their sponsor (Mr.Ndamage) to the person of the president?

The question, who is lying the President?  I would therefore request the President to investigate the behavior of Mr. Ndamage, the abuse of the office of Mayor and to give Miss Mukasinzi protection against the agents of Mr. Ndamage.  Mr. President should be aware that the case of Ndamage is one of the many that some of your officials either indifferently or incompetently inflict on your people.
