SENIOR OFFICERS WHO WERE PRESENT DURING THE TORTURE AND ASSASSINATION/EXECUTION OF ASSINAPOL RWIGARA.
1) Lt Col Charles Shema alias Runyonzo, a cousin to criminal Paul Kagame.
2) Brig Gen/AIGP Dan Munyuza, during the fateful day, he was still the head of police operations and de-facto director of DMI. Currently, he has been appointed as Rwanda’s IGP.
3) IGP Emmanuel Gasana, during the fateful day, he was still the head of criminal Paul Kagame’s brutal police. Recently thrown out of police and appointed as a governor of the Southern Province.
4) Gen James Kabarebe, he was on direct phone being briefed by the interrogators.
5) Criminal Paul Kagame, he was constantly being briefed by James Kabarebe and it’s through James Kabarebe that he ordered for Assinapol Rwigara’s execution.
6) Police spokesman at the time, CSP Celestin Twahirwa will be a material witness because he was coached by the above top three (Shema, Munyuza and Gasana) exactly what to say after they had finished executing Assinapol Rwigara.
