Joseph Bukeye, is the new leader of FDU-INKINGI abroad
After approving the minutes of the Extraordinary Party Congress held in Breda on 13 and 14 April 2014 , Congress put into effect the resolutions relating to the election of the governing bodies of the Party.
The congress has elected and approved the following management team :
- President: Victory Ingabire UMUHOZA
- 1st Vice – President: TWAGIRIMANA Boniface
- 2nd Vice – President: Joseph Bukeye
- Secretary General : Sylvain SIBOMANA
- Deputy Secretary General -: Dr. Emmanuel MWISENEZA
- Treasurer: Naomi MUKAKINANI

- Mobilization and Management of the party branches : Antoine NIYITEGEKA
Deputy: one member in Rwanda
- Legal Affairs and Human Rights: Joseph MUSHYANDI
