AD, look at the above photograph. As you see is Paul Kagame receiving a delegation from Oklahoma Christian University yesterday (15 March 2012), who plan to build “a state-of-the-art boarding secondary school in Rwanda that will have the capacity of 2,000 students.”

So far so good!

What most people might miss though is the presence of a rather fashionable lady in this business meeting of state affairs – one Jeannette Kanjogera Kagame-Turashize.

As others have noted, this lady is now everywhere in the affairs of the state – she was recently at the leadership retreat for the first time; she single handedly presided over the International Women’s Day, over and above having taken over the office of the President through her deputy who doubles as the chief of staff for Kagame. This Kanjogera has also taken over the Ministry of Health supposedly run by her sycophant minister Agnes Binagwaho, the doctor of Kagame children, too.

When AD pointed out how peculiar it was for Kagame wife to preside over an international event, a sycophant said he saw nothing wrong. The Kagame apologist claimed the USA First Lady Michelle Obama did same thing. But in the USA, Michelle Obama participated in Women’s Day by joining Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, at the State Department itself to honour 10 courageous women from around the world. Meaning this was an American government-run event. When it was her turn to speak as one of the guests, First Lady Michelle called Secretary Hillary an “outstanding” secretary of State who has been, and what an “inspiration to women and girls around the world.” The American First lady concluded that indeed Mrs Clinton was “a role model for me in so many ways. I don’t think she realizes how what she has done has made what I am doing partially possible.” Michelle Obama added: “with all the respect and admiration that I can give her, I will be wherever she needs me to be, whenever she needs me to be there.”

In Rwanda, the international women’s became a Kanjogera thing and her Imbito NGO. Kanjogera was in command of Rwandan cabinet ministers.

Back to the Oklahoma story! What in the world is Kanjogera-Turashize doing in the Office of the President discussing the setting up of a school?

Is Kanjogera Turashize also taking over the ministry of education – in other words is she there to give the Minister of education her matching orders?
Or perhaps is she a joint-venture investor with the Americans in the proposed “a state-of-the-art boarding secondary school in Rwanda that will have the capacity of 2,000 students”? Among Kanjogera’s many businesses is, of course, Green Hills Academy where the children of the Rwandan elite study.
Or has the butcher really gone bananas and needs his boss – Kanjogera-Turashize – to tell what to do and what to say in governmental meetings?
Or is this further attempt by the butcher to rehabilitate Kanjogera-Turashize after the disastrous affair of the phantom speech at the Prayer Breakfast in USA?
Dear compatriots, methinks this is rather obviously the case of the outgoing and incoming heads of state ensuring a smooth transition. Butcher Kagame is training, coaching and mentoring Kanjogera-Turashize to overcome her speech-fright in preparation for take-over in 2017. Given that she is a no-brainer from the streets of Buja and Nairobi, the next four years may be too short to make Kanjogera-Turashize a presidential material. But then again Kagame aka Mr P4 managed to con us all and the rest of the world that he is a “visionary leader.”

STAY TUNED!
