The Team is Back Together!

Working as a team is never a smooth and easy process. There are creative challenges, political leanings and cultural differences to be aware of in the team. Difference can drive people to become angry or react in a way that can hurt the working environment as well as the audience.

 

This situation occurred here at Inyenyeri News just over a month ago when Jennifer Fierberg announced her departure from Inyenyeri News on Facebook. A mistake she quickly regretted. After a period of discussion and agreement the whole team for Inyenyeri News is happy to announce that, the difference have been worked out as well as a plan for how to better handle them in the future.

 

Jennifer apologized for her actions to the team and we welcome her back with open arms.

 

We are all working toward a common goal of Publishing News with a Cutting Edge Style as well as exposing the truth about the Government of Rwanda.
