We want to bring to your attention the fact that this man is responsible for atrocities in Rwanda and in the Democratic Republic of Congo. His criminal activities have been qualified as war crimes, crimes against humanity and even as acts of genocide by UN experts. Indeed, many reports from Rwandan, Congolese and International human rights organizations, as well as from United Nations experts have shown the gravity of Mr. Kagame’s crimes.
