According to a source in government’s spokeswoman office (Yolande Makolo) , RNC’s letter to Burundi ‘s president was laughed at over coffee break and dubbed “Nyamwasa’s panic attack tract”.

The source that spoke to this website scoffingly shared the following YouTube video of president Ndayishimiye ‘s visit to Uganda’s president Museveni saying : ” Ibyananiye M7 ntibizakorwa na Ndayishimiye bagende bumve ayo magambo. Their so called letter is embarassing tract without even a reference number! A letter to Santa Claus with a list of delusional “requests”! Political maneuvering yabo ihwanye niya cya gisirikari cyabo twacyuye. Do they really think Ndayishimiye has a say here!? Rnc’s mediocrity never disappoints hhhh…”

A source in Rwandan military intelligence stated the said letter to the president of Burundi was considered a ” help us help you ” suggestion by friends of the obscure organization in Burundi but that “Barundi are prudent, that is as far as it will get [Uganda’s next president has picked a side and as expected] …this is the time for defections and desperate attempts.”
