Muhoozi’s “retirement” clears the way for his “arrival” on the Ugandan political scene and confirms his upcoming presidential bid.

There has been murmurs of disgruntlement over this development amidst the UPDF but if Rt. Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba does manage to succeed him , it will no doubt be the crowning of President Museveni’s legacy.
