In yet another dramatic outburst, western darling president Paul Kagame has publically humiliated members of his entourage, namely Ministers Busingye ( Justice ) and Gatete ( infrastructure ) ousting them as thieves to fellow party members during the NEC meeting of FPR Inkotanyi this June 2020. Kagame didn’t just unmask the thieves, he went into detail about the imposture of his scoundrel Ministers.

He elaborated on their greed: The Minister of Justice has become an overseer of Justice for sale, bribes have become the norm in courts of law. Judges have turned “Bail” into a lucrative business. Large sums of money are demanded and embezzled with Minister Busingye’s blessing.

The Minister of infrastructure ‘s fraud in tenders including one involving a Kenyan company that he ( the minister) denied knowing before Kagame confronted his lie with details of his involvement with the said company.

Minister Gatete’s bold denial is very telling of the dishonesty and hypocrisy in Kagame ‘s entourage- a circle of individuals who have mastered the art of flattery, deception, and duplicity within his court. For these individuals, adulating Kagame and making a public display of their berating of his opposition had been enough to get by for the past twenty years. It was enough to ensure the tranquility of their under the table operations but it seems the boss has had enough. In a predictable twist of irony, Kagame is fed up of the greed created by his plutocracy, he obviously does not understand why his ministers steal when they continue to see him doing the same thing in Congo. He blames them for trying to be good at what he does better than anyone.

The meeting ended with Kagame entrusting ministers Busingye and Gatete to the good care of IGP Dan Munyuza, Rwanda’s dreaded Police Chief.

When the Boss starts demanding that you do as he says and not as he does…one of you is losing control.
