Kagame Has Closed Border With Uganda — Reports
General Paul Kagame has closed Rwanda border with Uganda. The New Vision’s February 28, 2019 headlined its report on the subject with ”Rwanda Closes Border With Uganda.” Another media report reads: ”Tension Flare as Rwanda Blocks Its Nationals, Vehicles from Crossing to Uganda.” A tweet with a documentary video from the border cried out that ”On the road to Uganda, we are stuck at the Gatuna border as we are denied entry.” Kagame is ruining Rwanda in broad daylight. All Rwanda’s imports amounting to US$2.4 billion in 2018 come from or pass through the neighboring countries, including Uganda. Likewise, Rwanda’s exports amounting to US$996 million in 2018 pass through the neighboring countries, including Uganda. What might be going on in the Rwandan ruler’s mind? This is pure madness. General Paul Kagame has lost it. He is unfit to govern.
