Inyenyeri has received reliable information from multiple sources   that all opponents of bloodthirsty Dictator Kagame ought to be on high alert  with regards to their personal security because Kagame has vowed to eliminate them and he has sent out teams to carry out assassinations . Paul Kagame ‘s mandate as chairman of the African Union  is approaching its conclusion . And it is this mandate that had seemingly momentarily suspended  his preying on exiled political dissent ( although this has not stopped him from creating chaos and insecurity in Uganda ,targeting high profile security agents among others. )

We urge political opponents to Kagame, the Rwandan communities in general to be very cautious .

This is a forewarning to Mr Cassien Ntamuhanga , Mr Revocat, Mr Alex ,Mr Andre, the owner of the school located in T3 who we are told to be principally targeted.

a staff member of  the Rwanda High Commission in Canada  is the one holding the portfolio funding the implementation of these assassinations. The money is  given to a Mr Mubiligi and

who is charged with finding the targets and informing their  paid assassins on their whereabouts.A source in SADC confirmed that  an assassination attempt on Mr Cassien Ntamuhanga and Mr Revokat  failed over the past three days because they could not be located as their  mobile phones had been switched off.

This same source in SADC  continues :

“  Kagame’s aim is  to cause insecurity in Maputo , targeting the Rwandan communities so that the government of Mozambique and local authorities in Maputo blames it on the Rwandans and demands that their expulsion from the country. Different people from different communities will be killed  so that it appears to be a problem within the Rwandan community itself.

I am told this is a priority  to the government in Kigali because of the  well to do business community of Rwandans in Mozambique that Kigali  fears to be possible principal funders of the different armed groups that oppose  Kagame s regime.

Kigali intends to destabilize those business men and discourage their  alleged efforts to help Kagame’s armed opposition.

Kigali also intends to relocate its own  agents passing as business men to take over once the others are deported.
