For those who are still confused about what is going on in Rwanda,  a dictatorship is a system of government in which a country is ruled  by a single party or individual,  and where power  is exercised through various mechanisms to ensure that the entity’s power  remains strong.

Paul Kagame is a bandit who us busy enriching himself at the cost of human life and suffering.
Every year, at least 20 000 people graduate from Rwandan universities and while the value of the education baggage they walk away with is also questionable,  the fact of the matter is  that only less than 10% of those graduates will find work.
Actually,  the more educated Rwandans are, the more likely rheumatic to be jobless today in Kagame’s Rwanda.
He says he has developed the private sector and conveniently forgets to mention he is it’s supreme CEO.
His political opposition is repressed and suppressed.
Inequalities between the rich and the poor are appallingly scandalous.
The party state controls and subsidises goods and services and makes the poor carry the burden of the systems failures.
Poverty,  unemployment and repression are a recipe for disaster. It is a time ticking bomb that for some unexplained reason, all dictators ignore and think they can keep a lid on forever until it blows in their faces.
