In one of the on line News Papers (Rwiza) Ambassador Sylvestre outlines what he calls the road map of peaceful political change in Rwanda. I will argue that, may be Ambassador Sylvestre is honest or just misinformed or lacks extensive knowledge on the Man called Paul Kagame. If he needs more lessons on this man, he should talk to Lizinde Theoneste, Seth Sendashonga, Col. Biseruka, Col. Alex Kanyarengwe, Faustin Twagiramungu, Pasteur Bizimungu, Asiel Kabera, Patrick Mazimpaka, Alex Ruzindana, Col. Kizza, Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa, Col. Patrick Karegeya, Capt. Frank Tega, Col. Wilson Rutayisire, Jack Bihozagara, the list is endless. Some people in the above mentioned list are either in hell on Earth or the hell of eternity.

Does my brother Ambassador really know that is playing with fire?

When Safari Stanley was used to destroy the party that made him what he was, little did he know that he is cutting the branch of the tree he was sitting on. Indeed, Safari Stanley became a senator in 2003 by the grace of President Kagame with the mission of destroying the influence of the MDR. He was used to plant, nurture, water the seed of divisionism in MDR until the whole establishment was brought down. There is no doubt that Safari Stanley knows a lot about the maneuvers of the RPF to control all its partners or outright phagocytes. That’s why when many people who know the way Kagame operates, were not surprised to see Safari in the ropes of the hanger man.

“A good reason to wish him sincerely to be able to “distance” of his former benefactors / employers and to enjoy a fair trial if he were ever to meet anything objectionable” Therefore if Ambassador Sylvestre is a mercenary of the regime in Kigali, he should borrow a leaf from Hon Safari, but if he is doing it out of lack of adequate information on the character of President Kagame ,then he should maneuver with care  otherwise(Inkoni ikubise muceba uyirenza urugo) The stick that is used to bit your co-wife, should be thrown away. Let me remind Ambassador Sylvestre on some other influential posts held by Safari in Kigali regime not because of merit or good faith, but rather as a weapon of mass destruction.

Here are the occupations of  Safari Stanley  :
From 1991 to 1994: An influential member of the MDR party;
From 2000 to 2003: a “Vice-President of the MDR party;
From 1994 to 2003: Member of the Rwandan parliament MDR where he became President of the Economic Commission of the Parliament and Head of Delegation of the Parliament of Rwanda to the ACP-EU joint assemblies;
From 2000 to 2003: Member of the Unity and Reconciliation Commission;
From 2003 to 2006: V / Chairman of the PSP (Party for Solidarity and Progress;
From 2006: Party Chairman PSP (a party threatened by the power from the RPF led demonization campaign against Senator SAFARI ).

Unfortunately Safari left Rwandan after the dissolution – by the regime dominated by the RPF – Rwandan Democratic Movement (MDR which he was one of the deputies to the Transitional National Assembly), he created a new party on whose behalf the PSP it was in the Senate, this was a climax of the Safari the man who not only disorganized the democratic process of Rwanda, but also shoot himself in the right foot.

I think, when Dr Theogene Rudasingwa cautions Ambassador Sylvester, it is not only through his experience in the Rwandan politics, but also as a long and old ally of President Kagame. Dr Theogene Rudasingwa knows President Kagame very well, he defended the Kigali regime, he was one of the founders of the RPF and if Ambassador Sylvestre is still swimming in Pacific Ocean, then he should ask Hon Safari Stanley.

When the former Prime Minister Celestin Rwigema went into exile to US, castigated the RPF regime accusing it of being undemocratic, muzzled all the opponents, and he portrayed it as the most repressive regimes in the region (BBC Monday, 24 July, 2000)

The former Prime Minister of Rwanda, Pierre Celestin Rwigema, had said he’s seeking asylum in the United States.

In a BBC interview, Mr Rwigema said he’d been warned that his life was in danger in Rwanda.

And for the first time, he openly criticized the government — suggesting that the country is in the firm grip of President Paul Kagame’s Rwandan Patriotic Front — or RPF”.  But when the former Prime Minister was promised another post, he changed the tune and praised the same man he openly criticized for being a despot.

“I am very thankful to President Kagame and to those who voted for me because they have trusted me. On my side, I have never disappointed my society and I will never do so,” said Rwigema in an interview with The Rwanda Focus as he was preparing to get a flight to Arusha, the headquarters of EALA.

Obviously Rwigema was not elected by the members of parliament, those who know the Rwandan politics will tell you that, he was rather nominated, Rwigema is just playing games and so is RPF, both don’t trust each other, neither are sincere to what they are doing, they are just playing hide and seek, for those who don’t know how the cat plays with the rat, should be reminded that, even if the cat is not hungry it will just kill the rat as a hunt game.  I would therefore advise Ambassador Sylvester not to use all his weapons in his Arsenal; he should reserve some for the retreat in case the enemy is biting hard.
