James Musoni Frustrated

Maj Robert Higiro with Kagame before heading for exile

The Rwandan Minister guilty of the criminal acts of their government mercilessly and viciously attacks Maj Higiro for the information and secrets of their murdering regime.

Mr. Musoni would have sought information from the American State Department which advised Maj Higiro on his safety

Indeed, this is not an isolated case, the UK Foreign office advised Rwandan dissents who reside in UK of imminent assassinations by the Rwandan government.

Accordingly the attacks of James Musoni who is known as the Kagame confidant and inner circle leaves no doubt on whose orders or impliedly delegated by the RPF regime

The venomous attacks of Musoni should bring together the divided opposition to take on the dictatorial regime of Kagame because dictators are not reformed but dismantled.

Ann is dumb as usual, always trying to make Rwanda look bad, but you are never going to get anywhere. If you care about human rights in the great lakes, pay attention to Burundi and Congo, Rwanda is in far better position than those two. How this idiot Higiro cares about the attention is looking for? All the thugs that leave Rwanda become human rights activist and you that in uniformed thinks you are doing a good job by representing the thugs, Deal with the problems in your country( Blacks getting killed like dogs and no justice, charity begins at home idiot.

This isn’t charity, Musoni. It’s news. The State Dept. warned Higiro to get out of Belgium; New Jersey Congressman Chris Smith confirmed it. Your complaint would be more appropriately directed to the US State Dept

Wow, Musoni! Your comment is so full of insults. I guess when the facts are clearly against your master General Kagame, you have to resort to uncivilized behavior like hurling around insults!

James Musoni as a minister is a person who was  appointed by a national government to conduct official duties, and maintain political, economic, and social relations with other  countries.  James Musoni should have behaved appropriate in a tactful way and skillful in managing delicate situations or handling people.
