Behind the Presidential Curtains has learnt that Gen. Jack Nziza has been flown to China for treatment due to serious prostate Cancer.  Prostate cancer is cancer that occurs in a man’s prostate — a small walnut-shaped gland that produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm. Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in men.

The prostate is a walnut-sized gland located between the bladder and the penis. The prostate is just in front of the rectum. The urethra runs through the center of the prostate, from the bladder to the penis, letting urine flow out of the body.

The prostate secretes fluid that nourishes and protects sperm. During ejaculation, the prostate squeezes this fluid into the urethra, and it’s expelled with sperm as semen.

The vasa deferentia (singular: vas deferens) bring sperm from the testes to the seminal vesicles. The seminal vesicles contribute fluid to semen during ejaculation.

As President Kagame’s right hand for all the dirt games, Jack Nziza could not seek medication in South Africa, Europe or any other country other than China.

Gen. Jack Nziza is well known for no other reason other than his criminal record as the Kagame’s pirate. Because of his illiteracy he does not question or assess his boss’s directives and the repercussions for his own life and future.

Col Ndahiro From the bin back in office

Unlike Dr Emanuel Ndahiro who is a medical Dr without enough experience because of  being used by Kagame on the missions of murder and other dirt games, he is now recycled from the bin he was thrown  in for almost 4 Years ago.

As I have mentioned above Dr Emmanuel Ndahiro has been named the care taker of the notorious office of Gen. Jack Nziza who is now in China for medication on the Prostate Cancer. However, the degree of assessing and analyzing issues differs from that one of the ignorant military officer Gen. Jack Nziza who has spent all his life serving a murderous regime; he has been used by either Kagame or his wife Jeanette Kagame for all the deadly missions both in Rwanda and abroad.

Indeed, Jeanette Kagame is responsible for the down fall of Dr Ndahiro who she accused of bring his own former girlfriend Linda Bihire and made her the Minister when he failed to disclose some of the information to president Kagame that Dr, Ndahiro had a relationship with Linda Bihire.

Similarly, some of the in laws of Dr. Ndahiro who were deployed in the President’s office and ended up embezzling the State funds angered President Kagame , although the last straw to break his back was the failure to coordinate the intelligence  of attacking some Rwandans here in UK. When the UK Police unearthed this plot of killing Rwandan dissents on the UK soil, Kagame had no any other choice other than firing him.

We have learnt from our sources in Kigali who requested us to remain anonymous that Kagame has run out of people who can do his killing games. According to him, Kagame had no choice but to go to the bin and look for Dr. Ndahiro who is not in fact new in this Job.  As Kagame’s violence spreads to Burundi and other neighbouring countries, the border crossing of killing which Gen. Jack Nziza has been very experienced might be a challenge for this medical Dr who turned life taker rather than life saver.
