It’s now two months after the UK Police arrested Gen. Karenzi Karake, accusing him of ordering civilian massacres as well as killings of Spanish NGO workers; he was arrested on behalf of Spanish authorities who indicted the Rwandan General along other 40 former RPA officers.

Karenzi Karake, who was the director general of Rwanda’s national intelligence until the time of his arrest, was prevented from leaving UK in June by the Metropolitan police extradition unit on behalf of authorities in Spain.

We have learnt from our reliable sources that Gen. Karenzi Karake is now isolated and deserted by friends and colleagues. According to one of the Embassy officials who requested to remain anonymous said that Karenzi Karake is now crying like baby. “He cries every day like a baby because he is under constant big brother cameras from UK and Rwanda”, the Embassy official told Inyenyeri news.

We have further learnt that Kagame has instructed his Hench men Gen. Jack Nziza and Dan Munyuza to look for what they call the lesser evil. According to Kagame and his killing squad, allowing Gen. Karenzi Karake to go to Spain is no option. They would rather finish him off using the same method they have been using rather than allowing him to go to Spain. It is understood that the plan was finalised and if the jury decide extradition KK will immediately be poisoned.

Kagame cannot take any chances; he knows that Gen. Karenzi is a bank of all the dirty games played by the RPF and Kagame himself. If he is left to go to Spain he could spill all the secrets right from the time when Gen. Karenzi Karake was in the former UN forces that were deployed in Kigali in 1993 prior to genocide.  This is the man who knows a lot of killings of the former Rwandan officials like Felicien Gatabazi the former PSD Party Senior Official and many more.

Gen. Karenzi Karake knows very well how the system he has served for almost his life operates, if they cannot use you or if you’re a liability, they will eliminate you either physically or politically.

He knows how his former colleague and friend Col. Patrick Karegeya was strangled to death in South Africa. Indeed, the many attempts to kill Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa have been planned with his knowledge. It goes without saying that what goes around comes around, Kagame is likely to sacrifice Gen. Karenzi Karake for his own survival.
