Kagame’s games of sidelining those who are called (Ibipinga or Ibigarasha) by RPF cadres and insiders come in different colors. When they come on the surface, they spread like skin rushes and could not hide anymore and the latest causalities are some mayors who are no longer needed or their services are expired.

The RPF spin doctors were under strict instructions by Kagame to sack some expired Mayors, but it could have hurt the RPF politics if it was done in the normal way, so they applied their tactics of sweeping all the corridors, then pick the wanted rubbish .This would appear as a general problem of sweeping spree among mayors on charges of corruption or incapability. But Inyenyeri News has obtained reliable information that the RFP was targeting some mayors who according to the RPF, they are no longer needed and expired.

Igihe.com Under the heading “Kayumba Bernard wari Meya Karongi yavuye mu buroko” this mayor was relieved of his duties together with some others like Oscar Nzeyimana  the former Mayor of Rusiszi “uwahoze ari umuyobozi w’Akarere ka Rusizi n’abo bafunganywe bakatiwe gufungwa iminsi 30 y’agateganyo, Gitifu w’Umurenge wa Bugarama na we abasanga mu muri gereza “.

Amazingly, these two mayors are all accused of misappropriating the funds of the medical insurance commonly known in French as “mutuelle de sante”.  Paradoxically the Mayor of Karongi Mr. Bernard Kayumba has been released on bail because according to the intermediate court of Karongi there is no enough evidence to pin the above mayor on the charges of forgery hence he should be given what the intermediate court calls the constitutional right of bail. “Urukiko Rwisumbuye rw’Akarere ka Karongi rwategetse ko uwari umuyobozi wako, Kayumba Bernard, afungurwa by’agateganyo mu rubanza ku ifunga n’ifungurwa rwasomye kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki ya 19 Mutarama 2014.

As I have mentioned above, these are the same charges Mr. Oscar Nzeyimana is being charged together with his colleagues in Rusizi District. “Akarere ka Rusizi na Nyamasheke buri kamwe kabarurwamo miliyoni 700 zaburiwe irengero mu mafaranga y’ubwisungane mu kwivuza”.

We all know how the RPF deals with those it does not need anymore, For example the cabinet reshuffle in which the likes of Stanislas Kamanzi was dropped and Dr .  Damien Habamuremyi, Kabanda Celestin, Celestin Rwigyema,Safari Stanley , just to mention a few, this is how chewing gum is disposed of by RPF. When the RPF considers you as a residue, they try all means necessary to get rid of you.

Again the former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Local government was arrested on charges of soliciting a bribe “The Permanent Secretary in Ministry of Local Government, Cyrille Turatsinze, has been arrested for allegedly soliciting a bribe from a local businessman, who was bidding for a tender to supply the ministry with IT equipment”. This former Permanent Secretary was later released without charge and we later learnt from our usual reliable sources that James Musoni who was by then the Minister of Local Government had some misunderstandings with his Permanent Secretary emanating from some money deals.

For those who don’t know how the RPF operates, need to know that they have a system that could spoil, smear any mud against any official if they want to get rid of him/her.  RPF has those it uses as disposable tissues like the current Member of Parliament who some call the youngest MP in the Rwandan house of Deputies.

However, the rise of Mr. Eduard Bamporiki is no secret to all Rwandans; he was coached by the RPF spin doctors in the destruction of the Hutu political fabrics by telling them to apologize for the crimes committed by all Hutus. According to Mr. Bamporiki all the people who committed genocide did it in the name of all Hutus, therefore according to this Bamporiki, they should all apologize to all the Tutsis.

This young man, who cuts his hair style like the heir to the throne of North Korea, has his platform of preaching his gospel of what he calls the reconciliation and Unity, funded and supported by RPF.  “Youth conneckt aims at involving young people in dialogue on issues concerning reconciliation and Unity, so that past mistakes may never be repeated”

Unfortunately, this Organization is manipulated by RPF and Bamporiki is nothing other than a remote control of the RPF to spread the gospel of dehumanizing the Hutu population in the name of inherited crime. We can all anticipate or speculate the end of this man if the RPF is satisfied that he has been used and all the sugar is finished from him, he will be like a used chewing gum. The only way of fighting injustice in injustice society like Rwanda, is the collective resistance, remember “Laws are spider webs through which the big flies pass and the little ones get caught.”

The big flies of Kagame and his agents of evil will never be caught by their own laws; it’s on the little like Oscar and others who will be caught in the webs. The only way of fighting injustice and restoring the rule of law, is standing united against it.
