The Rwandan Foreign Affairs Minister has just refuted the report of the Burundian Prosecutor General Valentin Bagorinkunda   who concluded that the dead bodies that were recovered from Lake Rweru came from Rwanda.

Earlier in another press conference the Rwandan Minister of Internal Security Musa Fasil also denied the report of the Burundian Prosecutor General saying that the dead bodies were on the Burundian soil, hence Rwanda cannot comment on something that is in another country.

Unfortunately both these Ministers are not investigators and have never investigated the origin of these dead bodies. Why and where do they get the facts and information that these bodies are not coming from Rwanda?

For us who heard Mushikiwabo answering questions, she was not at easy and she could be heard answering uncomfortably. She lacked confidence because she lacked facts but as usual she is just being used as microphone to voice what she has been told by the RPF spin doctors.

Does this lady really think she is innocent by reporting what she knows that is wrong?  She knows that many Rwandans have disappeared and their loved ones have been contacting international media. Does she really contact these families to establish whether their loved have returned home?

Burundi has never reported its nationals missing and we have not heard Burundian nationals going to the international media reporting the missing people, does she really know this information? Under criminal law complicity, means knowing or ought to know a crime that is being committed yet, you conceal any information that may lead to averting that crime.

Rwanda has never accepted any criminal responsibility even in cases where the facts are well envisaged and established. For example the invasion of Congo in 1996, initially the Rwandan government denied having troops on the Congo soil but until after the Rwandan Vice President at the time that is now the President Paul Kagame admitted that they have troops on the Congo soil.

Again the Rwandan president has been accused of corruption and owning private jets which he then rents to the Rwandan State for his own travels and personal interests.  Amazingly while his RPF confidant Mr. Tito Rutamera appeared on the BBC Gahuzamiryango said that the Jets are owned by  Manasse Nshuti and Hatari Sekoko, later  Kagame  said that Tito made a mistake at least the Jets would have been labeled against him because the dual were too small to own those luxury  jets.

When Col Patrick was murdered in South Africa on New Year’s Eve Mushikiwabo and all the Kagame supporters like Andrew Mwenda came out saying that there is no proof that Kagame was behind the brutal strangulation of Col. Patrick Karegeya the Rwanda former Spy Chief. Surprisingly Kagame while attending the thanks giving surrounded by the church leaders he said that if you betray Rwanda you pay a price or you fall victim. “Anyone who betrays our cause or wishes our people ill will fall victim. What remains to be seen is how you fall victim,” Mr Kagame said.

Mushikiwabo has just commented on the BBC documentary that exposed the lies of the Kagame for the last 20 years which he has not only been using to exterminate his political opponents but also exploiting the genocide survivors for his own political interests.

This Rwandan Foreign Affairs Minister has just said in the press conference that the Rwandan government is piecing together what as a government will do. We don’t know what the Rwandan government is planning to do, but for sure Kagame will hit back, it’s not if or how but when.

When the Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete proposed that the Rwandan Head of State should sit down with the armed groups that have been fighting his government for almost 20years, he responded that the Tanzanian President is suffering from ideological problem and he will hit him at any opportunity. “Those people [Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete] you just heard siding with Interahamwe and FDLR  and urging negotiations… negotiations?  Me, I do not even discuss this topic, because I will just wait for you [Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete] at the right place and I will hit you! He[Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete]  did not deserve my answer. I did not waste my time answering him…It is well known. There is a line you cannot cross, there is a line, a line that you should never cross. It is impossible…”“

Mushikiwabo has been used as a microphone for all the dirty work of Kagame, her utterances after the death of Col. Patrick Karegeya are still fresh in our minds. This Rwandan Foreign Affairs Minister, Louise Mushikiwabo and Defense Minister, James Kabarebe, publicly defended their killer regime by saying that no regrets or when you turn yourself into a dog you die like a dog respectively. On the President Kikwete the dual again took the center stage   and cursed the Tanzanian President and called him a sympathizer of “genociaires”, a “genocide denier”, and other names.

It’s a pity that this lady is innocently being used by the killing regime but recklessly taking the job that will one day end her career and life miserably.  The genocide against the Tutsis is regrettable but under the Kagame regime it is worth noting that every day a person disappears or is extra judiciary killed.
