Inyenyeri has learnt from its reliable sources that the Kagame right hand man Col. Silas Udahemuka from his elite presidential protection unit will be replacing Dr. Richard Masozera as the new Boss of the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority.  Col. Silas Udahemuka has been working in the Kagame Presidential Protection Unit for a long time before he was transferred to the Rwanda International Airport to head the Airport Security. He is well known for his loyalty to his boss in terms of implementing the brutal policies of eliminating political opponents of the Kagame regime or those perceived to be.

Dr. Masozera a husband to the late Alyosia Inyumba a lady who worked tirelessly to build and make the RPF we see today.  The basis of sacking Dr. Richard Masozera according to the insiders of the RPF regime, he concealed the information of some of the RPF officials who said that the death of their colleague Inyumba was staged by Jeannette Kagame the wife of the Rwandan President. Traditionally Kagame regards, those who keep quiet with vital information according to him as more dangerous than those who plan it. It is not therefore surprising that Dr Richard Masozera has been sacked from one of the prestigious governmental parastatals reserved for the RPF cadres.

Accordingly, the arrest of   Ambassador Joseph Mutaboba and police questioning of Mary Baine the wife of Col. Tom Byabagamba is related to the above information that Jeannette used her death agents Dan Munyuza and Jack Niza to poison Inyumba.  Again Dr. Richard Masozera was a good friend of Col. Tom Byabagamba,, having a friend who is regarded as an enemy by Kagme is a crime of its own, concealing the information that Jeannette Killed Inyumba would be a big bonus to land you in jail, death, or sacking as they did to Dr. Richard Musazora.

Similarly, as the political Tsunami keeps blowing on RPF, Kagame will not take any chances with his Security. He knows very well what he did to his predecessor Juvenal Habyarimana in 1994 when he downed his presidential jet that did not only kill two Heads of State but ignited genocide against the Tutsis and many Hutus. Therefore, giving the Civil Aviation Authority to Col. Silas Udahemuka, Kagame was responding to his instincts that history might repeat itself.
